...we don't exactly know, so that was misleading. BUT - we have been given very strong indications that no PICC will be needed....at all. It's incredible. The doctor's are astonished at how well and quickly she is healing. No word yet on discharge, but it was very encouraging to not have a PICC placed today.
Layla got to come visit and it did everyone some good. Piper couldn't stop handing out kisses to her big sister. Layla's main focus was, "I want to see a surgery!" The humor has been a great gift this evening.
Today had lots of visitors and it was AWESOME. So, please know that visitors are VERY welcome - it really makes the day pass and Piper LOVES showing off to everyone. Visitors really are a secret ingredient here.
Thank you againfor the continued prayers. Based on what everyone has said about engaging their churches, small groups, friends, etc. I can't even comprehend the number of people praying for our peanut.
