The surgeon was just in for his daily check on Piper. He was really impressed with her progress, of course, but he still think we'll have a PICC placed today. That decision lies with infectious disease team, but he feels strongly that will still happen and be in place for 4-6 weeks.
Other than that, she had a pretty good night with NO fevers - YAY! She's been fussy this morning, but who wouldn't be?!
Please pray for continued healing, comfort and rest for sweet Piper and renewed energy for mom and dad.
